10) The Mekong Delta> Phu Quoc

2/19
A three-day trip into the Mekong Delta. Mostly we rode in a bus and visited floating markets. It was amazing to see whole villages living on a river delta

Stopping for lunch we ran into this crew. Have you ever seen live crocodiles? The look plastic. Really eerie.

I think the camera made our friend here blush. In my opinion the world needs more, not less, crappy porcelain. People keep talking about the 'green economy,' but no one seems to be talking about porcelain hauling us out of this global recession. Once again, the world's governments miss the boat.

Never, EVER do this ladies. Or fellows for that matter. Open-backed shirts and bras go together like beer and ice. No matter how much you want to, you just can't allow yourself to walk down that path

These Korean chicks love the peace sign almost as much as they love matching pink sweatshirts.

Is he? Well good for Tan.

2/20-2/25
Off to the island of Phu Quoc for 5 days in the sun. After a solid 5 days away from the ocean I really needed it. Rough life.

Again with the dong! Enough already.

Life on Phu Quoc was great. It consisted of driving a moped to remote beaches and eating food at cute roadside stands. I had to drag myself away after nearly a week. It was almost too relaxing.

Exhibit C

Exhibit... well you get the idea

Jess (a cool British chick I hung with for a few days) enjoy a seaside sunset

She tried to imitate an inspirational scene in a movie where the little boy who has dreamed of the ocean all his life finally makes it there and runs into the surf like the safety of his mothers arms. Nice try, but more like when the kindly intern at the hospital steels the van and takes all the retards to the beach for the day.

Anyway, this was my sunset. Keep in mind it's late February here. Stings, doesn't it.

The morning market in town. Just look at the colors of these veg!!

And the afternoons... zips around the island.

For Soden. Trey wide-stance, island edition

Lunch-
2 bucks including the toothpick. Sweet.

Dessert-
Hey, I said there were private beaches. Even the moon needs to see the sun every now again

Dinner-
Can't beat a Swedish chef for company.

This dog owned the beach. He would just chill in the water all day.

And like all good men after a dip in the ocean he would suck his own dick. Good boy.

Goodbye paradise. I'll see you in my dreams.

  1. Clearly the highlight of this post was the moon getting a little sun. I love that pic. My birthday is in two weeks. I think you now know what I want/need. Make it a glossy 5x7. In a shell frame for the kitsch. I love it.

I also love your canine friend. Quite a life lucky hound. Got me in the mood for a little texas tejas.

I think I now have a name for my boat as well...Superdong III. Lynne will love it.

Miss you. Have fun. Stay safe. Like the Brit
